Preparation

Combine all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker and shake for 8-10 seconds. Double strain and serve.

The Tiger Balm is cooling, bold, and sharply aromatic, with aged rum’s warm, oak-driven richness clashing intentionally with the icy mint intensity of Branca Menta. Lime juice adds bright acidity, simple syrup smooths the contrast, and Angostura bitters deepen the spice and structure. It drinks bracing and invigorating, balancing heat and menthol with a long, bittersweet finish.
