Preparation
Combine all ingredients except the Peychaud's bitters with approximately one ounce of pebble ice in a cocktail shaker and whip shake for 8-10 seconds. Pour unstrained into a cocktail glass and fill with more pebble ice, top with Peychaud's bitters, add a more pebble ice to make the classic snow cone shape, and serve.
