The Stark

The Stark builds on the Gold Rush template but takes a more herbaceous turn, swapping the original's simplicity for the alpine complexity of yellow Chartreuse. The honey and lemon provide a familiar sweet-sour backbone while the Chartreuse adds layers of saffron, anise, and dried herbs that push against the bourbon's caramel warmth.
