The Cosmogroni splits the difference between a Cosmopolitan and a Negroni, landing somewhere unexpectedly harmonious. Citrus vodka and blanc vermouth provide a clean, slightly floral base, while Aperol contributes a gentler bitterness than its Campari cousin would. The cranberry bitters and a touch of acid sharpen the edges, giving the drink a tart, refreshing lift that cuts through the aperitif sweetness. It's lighter and more approachable than a traditional Negroni but carries more backbone than its vodka-based inspiration.
