Combine all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker and shake for 8-10 seconds. Double strain and serve.

The Tea Tree Sour balances the rounded warmth of cognac against a bracing minty-menthol bite, creating a drink that reads herbaceous and almost medicinal in the best sense. Honey softens the edges while lemon juice provides necessary tartness, and a whisper of orange blossom adds subtle floral lift to the nose. The effect is cooling and complex, somewhere between a digestif and a refreshing sour.
