Combine all ingredients with approximately one ounce of pebble ice in a cocktail shaker and whip shake for 8-10 seconds. Pour unstrained into a cocktail glass and fill with more pebble ice.

The Sicilian Wit plays two Italian amari against each other—Averna's brooding, cola-dark bitterness meeting Montenegro's lighter, orange-blossom charm—then sharpens both with fresh lime. The result is a bittersweet sour that drinks like a more sophisticated whiskey sour, with herbal depth replacing barrel notes and a long, pleasantly medicinal finish.
