Preparation
Fill a stemmed glass with ice and let sit to chill. In a shaker, combine the gin, absinthe verte, green crème de menthe, simple syrup, half-and-half/half cream, and egg white. Shake without ice to blend. Add ice and shake until chilled. Discard the ice from the stemmed glass. Strain the shaker contents into the chilled glass. Top with the bitters.
