The Fifty Avenue is a bone-dry, aromatic martini variation with an herbal backbone. Gin leads with juniper clarity, while blanc vermouth adds subtle floral sweetness and Yellow Chartreuse contributes a whisper of honeyed complexity. A measured dose of absinthe lingers in the background, its anise character threading through the drink without overwhelming, while lemon bitters sharpen the finish and keep everything crisp.
