Combine all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker and shake for 8-10 seconds. Double strain and serve.

A colonial-era classic born in 1920s Burma, the Pegu Club balances juniper-forward gin against the sweet citrus of orange curaçao and the tartness of fresh lime. The twin dashes of bitters add subtle spice and complexity, rounding out what is essentially a brighter, more aromatic variation on the gin sour template. The result is crisp and refreshing with a lingering bitter-citrus finish.
