Combine all ingredients except the soda water and red wine with ice in a cocktail shaker and shake for 8-10 seconds. Double strain, top with soda, float the red wine on top, and serve.

The Stone Cold Fox is a tiki-inspired riff built on pisco's grape-based brightness, tempered by the bittersweet herbal depth of amaro and the rich almond sweetness of orgeat. Lime and pineapple provide tartness and tropical lift, while the red wine float adds a tannic, fruity layer that bleeds dramatically through the drink. Light effervescence keeps the whole thing from becoming too heavy. It's complex but approachable, with each sip shifting slightly as the wine integrates.
