The Devil's Soul is a brooding, spirit-forward sipper that balances raw power with unexpected grace. High-proof rye provides the backbone, its spice and heat tempered by the bittersweet complexity of Italian amaro and a subtle smokiness from mezcal. Aperol and elderflower liqueur soften the edges without dulling them, adding a whisper of citrus and floral sweetness that keeps the drink from becoming too austere. The orange twist ties it together, brightening what is otherwise a dark, contemplative pour.
