Promissory Note

Preparation

Fill a stemmed glass with ice and let it sit to chill. In a mixing glass, combine the reposado tequila, dry vermouth, domaine de canton ginger liqueur, honey, and absinthe, then stir with ice until chilled. Discard the ice from the stemmed glass (shaking out excess water) and strain the contents into the chilled glass. Twist a swath of lime peel over the drink, then discard. Float a radish slice and dust with ground cinnamon.
