The Tia Mia splits the difference between a Mai Tai and a mezcal cocktail, swapping out half the rum for smoky agave spirit. The result drinks like a tropical classic run through a campfire—funky Jamaican rum and earthy mezcal trading off against the sweet almond and citrus backbone. It's familiar but rougher around the edges, with enough smoke to cut through the island sweetness.
